Return & Refund Policy — NITH

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made on NITH are final. Given that our products are frozen food items, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances once the order has been delivered.

2. Frozen Food — No Returns

In accordance with Belgian consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(d)), perishable goods and frozen food products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge and accept that no returns or exchanges are possible for frozen food products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at now.i.taste.happiness@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if validated, we will issue store credit to your NITH account. No cash refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Store Credit

Store credit issued by NITH:

  • Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used on any future order on our store
  • Is non-transferable and has no cash value
